Abstract:
Judith Mpande De Oliveira is a Nambian young lady characterized by hee resilient and purpose-driven leader committed to empowering young women, particularly those with disabilities. Known for her authenticity, confidence, and unwavering determination, she has risen as a visionary voice in youth leadership across Africa. She currently serves as the National President of LOLA Namibia, Country Representative of Women Achievers Africa, Vice President of the African Young Leaders Foundation, and Regional Coordinator of the Pan African Federalist Movement. Recently elected as the CEO of Next Best Idea (NBI), Judith leads impactful outreach, collaborations, and leadership development initiatives.
As the only African representative during her transformative USA trip, she gained invaluable insights on chapter-building, event organization, cross-cultural leadership, and strategic networking. These experiences strengthened her mission to cultivate spaces where young women can thrive without fear or limitation. Judith’s long-term vision is to train, mentor, and elevate ambitious young girls while expanding global networks and fostering a generation of confident, purpose-driven African leaders.
